I learned this trick early on in raising children. . .

One and Two:  Mom, will you please load songs on our MP3 players? (Yes, this was a while ago.)

Arguing ensued between One and Two about who was going to get which songs.

Me (finally, after quite a while of them disagreeing):  Each of you pick 8 songs.

One and Two:  ONLY 8?

Me:  Okay, 7.

One and Two (looked at each other and thought it over):  Thank you.
