YCMTSU:  ADULTING

One (after recently turning 18 and having to take care of doctor appointments, etc.): Mom, adulting sucks!

Me:  Yes, it does.

One:  Does it get better?

Me:  The truth?

One:  Yes, please. (with a worried look on her face)

Me:  No, it does not. BUT, you do get used to it.
